"Drama in Your Garden - Insects in Your Yard" - Julie Serences
So much is happening in our gardens that goes unnoticed. Knowing the drama of common insect life cycles and the place is insects in the ecology of our yards adds a new dimension to our daily garden interactions. This presentation will cover some of the common insects and their life cycles. "Good" insects, "bad" insects and lots in between. Julie is a self-taught naturalist and professional educator with over 25 years of teaching to local garden clubs, Master Gardeners and school aged children. She has also been giving talks about native bees for the Xerces Society for the last 8 years.
